+ -1 moreAlarm Services a division of Fire Control Service Co., Inc was contacted for an security and safety analysis of our home and recommendation of a home fire and security system. The president of the company arrived promptly the same day I telephoned. After conducting an inspection of the house and property and answering all of our questions and concerns, a proposal was submitted with a number of different options. The installation was scheduled for a few days later. Alarm Services installed the system, answering questions as they worked. The staff patiently showed me how to operate the many features of the system and were extremely neat and professional. After the system was installed, they contacted me to follow-up and inquire if I had any concerns or issues.
Description of Work: Installed a comprehensive security and fire alarm system.

+ -1 moreWe decided to go with this firm because 1) they had installed the system and knew the house, 2) they were a local company, and 3) they were responsive and professional even before we were clients. We were very impressed by the time and care they took to explain the system and our options. We have not had cause to evaluate the system's effectiveness under emergency conditions, nor to our knowledge did the original owners of the house.
Description of Work: We moved into a house that had a security system already installed. It was beeping when we moved in, and they promptly sent a technician to come out and turn it off. He reset the code and explained the system. We then set up a meeting to add services (fire, carbon monoxide detection) and start our own account. The cost here reflects our additions to the system plus the annual fee.
