Description of Work: duct work and installed Panasonic ductless split heating/ac system. Failure to reply when [within 2 months] Panasonic stopped heating...result: bathroom pipes frozen.

+ -1 moreCandlewood Heating and Air Conditioning offered very thoughtful solutions for installing central air condtionining amidst the challenges of working with a very old house. They arrived on time and were very pleasant from the start. By the end of the job, their dedication to providing air conditioning made us happy to know we chose Candlewood for the job!
Description of Work: The owner upgraded our very old house to central air conditioning though four other companies said it could not be done unless we paid to have the working highboy furnace replaced with a lowboy furnace. The cost of their proposals ran thousands more than what Candlewood said they could do for us. The owner worked late into the final day to finish the job for us. As a result, we did not have to settle for a ductless system or two that would only cool a few rooms at best and yet still cost a considerable amount of money to install. Candlewood's services were highly exemplary.

+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. They come in at least twice a year. They are polite and timely. They are efficient and professional. We haven't had any problems with them. We don't know how their prices compare. We will continue to use them.
