+ 3 moreChris Bruzzi had some great ideas and definitely has creativity; however, he oversold his ability to perform the work and be able (time wise) to oversee this project. He indicated that he had installed this line of product (Danvers Kitchens) previously when, in fact, he had not. He did NOT oversee the project, and because of this - several issues with electrical and plumbing arose which cost me a lot of money to fix later. Had he been on top of the project - perhaps he would have been able to solve these problems in advance instead of fixing after the fact. He also sent workers in his absence who did not communicate in English very well. This was a VERY expensive project for what I thought was not a big project and was not delivered in a professional manner
