At first glance, Len and his crew seemed great. The project was to replace rails and handrails on an existing deck. They were on time and worked hard. However, within a day after the completion of the project and payment in full , there were a number of issues which were not apparent until closer inspection. I contacted Len immediately and was assured he would be back within the week to take care of them. It is almost three months later, and we still have not seen him. The handrails are rough and you can easily get slivers when using them. And the seams on the railings do not join together properly, giving a rough, unfinished and unprofessional look to the job. It looks like they pieced together wood left over from another project instead of using the proper sized pieces of wood. There were also the sharp pointed ends of screws sticking out in places where one could easily get hurt. Easy fixes, but we were left us twisting in the wind... Unfortunate. But for an hour of his time this review could have been favorable.

Reviews would have been much better if customer service was much better. Workmanship didn't exceed my expectations.

We did not wait for estimates from other contractors after meeting Len and reviewing project. His professionalism was very apparent and this definitely translated into the actual project. The work was impeccable and was beyond my expectations. The price was reasonable and we will definitely be contacting Len for any future project!

Len was very responsive and respectful. Job was quoted and completed as promised. Work area was cleaned/cleared once work was completed. I would not hesitate to use him again! Deck looks awesome!

I hired this company to replace my asphalt shingle roof in Nov. 2019. I went in my attic in March 2020 during a rain storm, and water was running down the surface of my chimney. I included flashing around the chimney in the job, but clearly it was not done or was done incorrectly. I have called multiple times, and they have not responded in any form. I do not know if this company is still in business or if there is something Coronavirus-related going on. Until I hear otherwise I would not recommend this company.

Job was not completed because Advanced Construction of CT pulled out of the contract at the last minute. Len is a nice guy and was willing to go the next step to get the job. I hired Len to do my roof, signed the contract, and gave him my down payment. Our roof was set to be completed by mid-December, and understandably got pushed back due to winter weather and shortening days. Len ultimately gave us a finalized start date which was during a time where my girlfriend and I would be out of town for the Holidays 4 hours away. We told Len this and let him know that we would make the drive to be in town for the roof work and return back to be with family for Christmas afterwards. We made the drive back home, and we were supposed to come home to Len inspecting our fascia prior to his crew beginning the work the very next day. When we came home and saw no sign of Len, we reached out to him and found out that he ended up losing his roofing crew to another company- which is understandably a tough situation for him. We were disappointed that Len could not complete the work for us, and upset that he did not communicate to us the situation as soon as he realized that he was at risk of not being able to complete the job. If he would have been upfront about this issue it would have saved my girlfriend and I over 8 hours of driving (gas and tolls associated w/ that), and allowed us to spend our vacation days with family instead of on the road.

Len pays attention to the details and has some great suggestions while doing everything you ask him to do. A true professional. He did such a good job I have already asked him to fix my garage next.

Len, the owner was professional from the start. I had other quotes but based on his demeanour and conversations with him, I felt comfortable selecting him to do the roof. He was straight forward with his quote, presented me with proof of his license and insurance right away. He answered all my questions before and after the job was completed. He and his crew didn t leave a mess behind. They cleaned up my yard better than it was before they started. There was absolutely no pressure involved. He allowed me choose the brand of shingles I wanted; even down the trim. Instead of the traditional white which some of the other companies let me to believe were the only ones available, I was told I could choose any colour trim I wanted. I did; I chose a colour that complements the room more. I have recommended Len to two people; my niece and someone else.
