Had roof replaced. Outstanding work across the board..... it was a pleasure dealing with this company! The price was very good, the communication was perfect, and the workmanship is second to none ........ very professional. We also had some chimney repair done and it was done better than I had hoped for. I will definitely keep Advanced Construction on my "go to" list (a real down to earth company) and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

This contractor is a very nice gentlemen that installed a window, 2 sliding glass doors, deck repair and some rotted wood repair. Thanks for getting all that done for me.

Len did an excellent job replacing our front deck. He was punctual, pleasant, professional and went above and beyond with the little details. The deck was built quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Worth every penny and more. Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I hired Len and the team to restore my current deck with composite decking and railing. I rated all categories a 5 because Len went out of his way to accommodate my needs in all areas. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism are just part of the quality he brings. The team were conscientious of the property, made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day and even brought a portable potty so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. His team was also courteous, respectful and customer service oriented. Len has high integrity and takes pride in the work he does, he pointed out a few flaws which he was not happy with and corrected them at no additional cost to me. The project was completed on time and exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend him.

This company genuinely cares about the customers. Their work ethic is exemplary and commendable. They listen and they know how to accommodate the needs of the customer. In our situation, they made an elderly couple feel important, part of the discussions, and provided reassurance, and better still, they came back for a follow up visit to check on their work to make sure everything was meeting the needs of the customer. This company is truly rare in this automated, computerized, impersonal world!

I hired Advanced Construction Co. to repair some posts and rails on my front porch. I was very impressed with Len and his carpentars, Troy and John, with the professional way they preformed the job. Len was great from start to finish, his expert knowledge really showed in the end result which exceeds all of our expectations heading into the project. He could easily have just listened to the homeowner and in the end pocked a few extra dollars, but instead he guided us to a few subtle enhancements that he delivered within our budget.
