While delivering topsoil, truck driver backed too far off the driveway and went over a retaining wall destroying it along with the drainage pipes that were behind it. Company refuses to take any responsibility. Waiver that was signed clearly states "Advanced Organics will not go off the driveway for any deliveries" and they clearly did. We purchased in cash and in advance more than one delivery of topsoil. They had to dump the first load in order to get the truck off our property. We are afraid to have them come back with the other deliveries. We asked them several times to at least help with the repair of the retaining wall. Each time they refused and said "sorry, we have a signed waiver, go ask your lawyer". Now instead of getting $500.00 worth of topsoil, we have much less than that with at least an additional $2,000.00 worth of damage to our wall and drainage. The owner told me the driver of the dump truck was only 20 years old. Will never use this company again and have placed a complaint to with the Better Business Bureau.
