Description of Work: I just spoke with someone at Waltham Services about a large tree in my front yard that is infected with carpenter ants. I was told I can handle the problem myself by putting granules around and in crevices of the tree. I appreciated their honesty.

+ -1 moreIt was $400 for a one year plan so if anything comes up during the year, they will come back. They actually did come back because we found a bee hive in the attic. They came back and took care of that at no charge. They were nice and on time. The job seems to be working so far. We would definitely use them again and we would recommend them.

Description of Work: Contacted Waltham for an estimate on doing exterminating. Company employee with whom I talked recommended that I do not have the work done as it would be unnecessary. I appreciated the honesty as they could just as easily done a job that was not needed.

Description of Work: I use Waltham Services for pest problems. They come out twice a year and if I have any problem they come right out. I have used them for years.

+ -1 moreThe inspection went fine. The reasons I picked them was that a year ago they provided fee advise to me on what to do with a stink beetle problem. The answer was, do nothing and don't squish them -- just through them outside. So they could have given me unneeded service if they were not honest.

+ -1 moreThey are very attentive. They provided an excellent service for me and I am very pleased. I would use their services again and I highly recommend them to others in need of this type of service. They did a great job.
Description of Work: I had termites all over my house and called them. They came in and made an evaluation, gave me an estimate and installed a baiting system throughout my whole house, all 3500 square foot. They came back 2 months after to see how the baiting system was working.
