+ -1 moreThey did an amazing job! I would recommend them without hesitation. Their design team was knowledgable and easily thought "outside the box", which enabled me to consider products I never would have known existed. There was a delay with the shipment of the tiling, but they were extremely professional throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and they went the extra mile to put the heat on their supplier in order to get my shipment delivered. They took full ownership of the problem, even though it was 100% the fault of the shipping company. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was -- although they weren't able to control what was happening with their supplier, they DID control how they communicated with me and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction. A++ overall.
Description of Work: I contracted them for kitchen backsplash and mosaic.

+ -1 moreIt was wonderful working with Jennifer! She was so helpful in helping me design the tile in my new house. I love all the tiles and the prices were great, as I compared and shopped around. Even on the day of installation the tile installer had a question about the glass tiles and I was able to call her and she walked me thru all the questions. I highly recommend Tile America for their selection, price, and ease of working with them!!
Description of Work: I worked with Jennifer at Tile America. She helped me every step of the way to design and choose tiles for 3 bathrooms, master shower, and kitchen backsplash. She guided me thru the process, ordered the materials, and kept in constant contact with me. They have a huge selection of materials and are constantly getting in new ones. You can bring a magazine picture of what you like and they can find the tiles for you.
