+ -1 moreOn a rush basis, they replaced the hard drive on my Dell XPS ONE, re-installed the original software, and restored files from my HP SimpleSave backup drive. I paid a little extra to get immediate attention, but it was worth it. When I got home, everything worked except the internet connection. I took it back and they (Matt) determined there was a conflict between Norton and Microsoft virus programs. They fixed it early the next day so I could rejoin the internet. Very courteous service and they stand behind their work. I worked with Matt. Ask for him!
Description of Work: Replace hard drive. Re-install original software from disks. Restore files from backup drive. Solve internet connection problem after repair.
