Then the previously shoddy work done on the the roof and windows was exposed. Saun send his crew did emergency work to reproof and repair the windows. Awesome work and they saved our house. Just a few months ago I hired a contractor to install a new roof. What a disaster, he did an awful job and I ended up with several leaks. Once Shaun saw that my roof needed immediate attention he and his crew were here the next day. I cannot praise him enough! He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything. I highly recommend Shaun and his crew. We had an unusual situation—a previous siding job was terribly done by an unqualified contractor and needed to be fixed. The siding itself was in good condition but needed to be taken down and reinstalled correctly. Shaun agreed to take on the job, and the end result looks beautiful and is much more secure. They finished the job quickly and left the place cleaner than before. Shaun is professional, polite, and explained every step of the process in plain terms and answered all of our questions. I would definitely hire him again!

I call Shaun on a Wednesday to get an estimate on installing on a new roof on our home in New London, CT. We made an appointment and Shaun was at our home promptly at the appointed time. I told him that I thought we needed a new roof and that we had had a leek. He inspected the roof and told me it was old but would last for a few more seasons. We live in another state and wanted the roof replaced. He gave us a price which was in the ballpark of what i expected to pay. What sold me on SJM was that they had another job delay and he could have a crew here tomorrow. At 9:00 a dumpster was delivered and at 9:30 a crew of seven workers. arrived. By 5:00 pm his crew had completed the job, the job was inspected by the City and every thing was cleaned up. I would give SJM my highest recommendation. The only thing that did not go well was that some of my shrubs were crush. Shaun wanted to pay for them, but they will come back.. It was a pleasure working with SJM Roofing.

The work to be done was explained. The work done was excellent. The contractor noticed a piece of roof cap was missing, and he replaced the cap piece, charging $200. The total cost was high in my opinion. I was pleased with the finished results. But, due to price, I would not recommend or use this contractor again. This was my first time using Angi and due to the high price of this job, I will not use it again.

SJM came right out last week repaired my roof. I had leaks the water was getting into my third floor. They came right to my home . Very prompt and professional. I would highly Recommend SJM.

I would highly recommend SJM roofers. Shaun responded quickly to an emergency call about a leak in my roof. He repaired it but noticed that my roof was in bad shape overall. He showed me pictures and clearly discussed my options. I chose to have him replace my roof. While stripping the shingles, Shaun and crew noticed a major structural problem over a large section. The plywood, rafters and insulation were rotten and there was black mold. Shaun and crew were able to do this major repair immediately and my roof was completed the same day. The clean up was very thorough. Shaun even came back the next day to check the area in the daylight. My roof looks amazing and my house is safe from mold and leaks. Shaun kept me updated with every step and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the project. I would highly recommend SJM roofers and I am grateful to Shaun and his crew for keeping my family safe!

Shaun(owner) and his crew did an exceptional job of replacing my roof and they completed the job in one day which included not only replacing the existing shingles, but also the plywood, in areas where needed and a complete clean up of the worksite. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work done and highly recommend SJM. The bottom line is that these guys do not mess around at the job they do and it is obvious that they're true professionals. If you are in need of a new roof, do not hesitate to hire SJM. You will be glad you did. The most incredible thing about this job is that Shaun and his crew did the job on New Years day. Go find another contractor who does that.

Did everything they said they'do plus more. Arrived when they said they would and performed work in the time they said. Very courteous, professional and did wonderful job cleaning up. Would hire them again and definitely refer them!
