They came to perform a cleaning and instead broke my working boiler, telling me I needed to replace it with a $16,000 boiler. Tyler, the worker who said he was not fully qualified, did the work anyway, told me my boiler was shorting out the transformer, but the next plumber proved he was wrong and fixed what he broke. They owe me money for the transformer that they shorted and will not pay.

Brian and his team completely brought back to life an old boiler in a rental property an installed a new tank. Worked long hours with professionalism to complete the job in record time. Very happy with the company.

Murray Renshaw Plumbing & Heating takes care of all the plumbing in the building that I manage, as well as for me. He is a terrific guy and I've used him for probably 20 years. He is very qualified and does a good job. I manage properties for my employer and Murray is the only plumber that he or I would use. I call him once or twice a month depending on how the tenants are doing. He is available, which is a big deal with plumbers. It is unusual to find a plumber who will come and take care of things next day - or even on the same day. Most of our calls are not dire emergencies, and he's usually there within 24 hours. He is a very friendly fellow. Very nice, very attuned to what is going on so he is very nice to talk to. I wouldn't use anyone who wasn't a friendly man. I could trust him, let him in to my apartment to fix something and he would do it. He has his sons working for him and has a good staff. He's become a good friend.
