HARBOUR PAINTING

Found Harbour Painting to be very professional and prompt. Hired another professional that could do the work sooner; Harbour Painting was a month or more out with work and I needed the job done earlier. I have no doubt that Harbour Painting would have done a professional job. I would definitely consider hiring them in the future especially for a bigger or more complicated project. Also received an estimate to power wash and recoat our deck; however, after further evaluation, decided to replace the deck instead.

Ended up hiring another contractor to do painting because they could do the job sooner. Harbour Painting was very professional providing a written estimate with exactly what would be included. Responses were prompt and appointment was kept and on time.

It went very well; painters were professional, courteous, and friendly to us, our grandson, and 2 Labradors.

The quality of what work performed was good. Effort to resolve the problem finding a match for two ceiling stains and staining the wood was poor. I was told it could be done...they advertise that these are their specialties and then they say they cannot do the staining. They can only perform simple paint jobs. But they do that well. At the end if the job, they did not remove the cost of the staining that they quoted and they did not match the paint for the ceiling. They used the paint that they wanted to get rid of.

The guy came out and took measurements. He also assisted with the paint color. The house looks amazing. We are so happy with the results. Since we had some patching done, it took a little longer, which was fine. He would stop by and check the work during the project. We have recommended them others.

We were so overjoyed working with this company. We had just had a horrible experience with another contractor on a different project so was nervous about another project. But this went perfectly. The owner, Scott, answers the phone and personally comes to give the estimate. He also checks in on his crew while the work is being done. The painters were friendly, professional, prompt and the finished result is beautiful! The job was started and completed in a timely manner. Scott returns phone call quickly. The project went so well that I hired him to finish a different project that was never completed and it was done within the week. I will hire this company in the spring to paint the upstairs rooms.

The ceiling looks great and so does the deck. I was moving and needed to have these things fixed before putting my house on the market. My house sold 6 months later.

Overall, everything went fine.

Well coordinated with new kitchen, ceramic tile contractor, and electrician. Entire job less than 8 weeks.
