Ericsen Contracting

Ericsen Contracting was excellent. House and garage needed reroofing. The garage was in poor condition. It needed both new roof and repairs. It now has the look of a new building. The house has new roof and threshold for back entrance. A couple trees had to be removed(to allow for roofing) and some painting was done. Each day work began at 8:30, very punctual. Project was well organized from start to finish. Job completed quickly. I am more then willing to recommended Ericsen Contracting LLC. I am delighted with the work and will definitely hire again.

Looks great. Came on the 4th of July to install, just a couple of days after quoting.

Mr. Ericsen came promptly to provide an estimate even though I identified it as a small job. In doing the estimate, he also made an emergency repair. He provided a written estimate quickly and within approximately 10 days he came back to perform the complete repair. I am absolutely delighted with his service and should my roof ever need repair or replacement, I will use him again.

Arrived on time, assesed the problem and went to work. removed the cupola, stripped the shingles, replaced 2 sheets of sheathing, put down ice and water dam, new shingles and replaced cupola. looks great and NO LEAKS in these last rain storms. Budgeted 2 days, finished in one long day, and under budget!

Every visit was on time/on schedule. meticulous clean up of all the debris. these guys, even though they were short-handed, worked very hard, and did an excellent job. polite, courteous and very professional. I could not recommend them any higher.

Job went very well. Clean up was as promised. Personable but professional workers. Additionally, a year and a half after the new roof was installed, we had a leak. We contacted Eric, the owner, and he returned our call immediately. Although the issue happened on a holiday weekend, Eric responded and corrected the problem himself. That is the kind of response you like to know you have AFTER the sale. Very pleased overall with this company and would highly recommend.

I found Ericsen through Angies List. After reading their great reviews, decided to contact them. Eric came over and provided a quote and was friendly and professional. So we decided to go with them. The roof replacement was scheduled to happen in a few weeks. In the mean time, I had several questions for Eric. He was patient and answered all the questions that I had. He was easy to reach out to via email and phone. After a week, he was able to advance our time slot. So the roof replacement took place. His team did a good job and was very courteous with our tenants. After a couple of months, we decided to replace the roof over another building. Once again, after receiving multiple quotes, we decided to go with Ericesen again. This time the roof change was scheduled to happen 3 days before a 3 foot snow storm. Eric and his team, worked quickly and diligently. As always, he addressed all my concerns effectively. We look forward to continue to work with Ericesen Conrtacting.

Reasonable estimate. Arrived when said he would. Completed when he said he would. Cleaned up any mess. Reliable. So far very satisfied.

He came out very timely and gave me an estimate and was very thorough. He was not pushy or trying to push unnecessary things on me. He was great he gave me a quote and said he could get the job done in 5 hours.

I was disappointed that he declined to quote me for the job after coming out and writing it up. It seemed like he was looking for a bigger job.

I requested and received a same day, on site, quote for a shingle repair as we lost a few during the last big storm. Ericsen arrived the next day, as promised, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were polite, friendly, tidy, and charged the exact price previously quoted. I hope we never have another roof issue as long as we live in our new home.....:), however, that is not possible so when we do run into issues in the future Ericsen will be my first choice. Great work and thank you!

I was unable to physically be at the location but we had met prior and talked about the work that needed to be done. I was given updates with the progress and was happy with the results. Deck and the new threshold look great and all the loose debris were removed from the crawl space. Plan to use Ericsen Contracting again for my roof.

I hired Eric in November although he couldn't perform the job until February because he had prior jobs booked the entire time span. excellent crew; polite, professional and thorough. my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and continue to receive many compliments on the roof. I highly recommend Ericsen Contracting

They were absolutely excellent, but I ended up having my daughter-in-law's brother do the work. I kind of felt really bad because I liked the gentleman from Ericsen. He had a lot of "A" ratings on Angie's List and I didn't see anything when I was researching that was under an "A". He was very thorough and very nice. He also followed up to see if he could answer anymore questions or to find out what was going on, but at that point I wasn't sure if I was going to use my family member.

Despite threatening weather (snow!) they were able to complete the first part of the job as scheduled and returned a few days later to complete it. I was impressed with how responsive Eric Petersen was; very easy to get in touch with from day one, responsive to phone calls, planning the day the work would be done, and communicated well about the job's progress. The workers were punctual, pleasant and kept at it. Roofing is not a pleasant job, it's hard work and messy, but they cleaned up well after the work was done, using a magnetic roller to catch any stray nails, and removed all debris. With the rainy weather upon us now, we're confident that the roof is sound; and it's guaranteed for 10 years

They responded to the message I left for them promptly and performed the work as they said they would perform it.

I have two skylight in the master bedroom. One of the skylights started leaking. Through Angie's List I contacted Ericsen Contracting to see if the problem could be found. Unable to locate the cause of the leak, I decided to replace the original skylights. I also asked for a quote to reshingle the roof of my pool house. The installation of the skylights were professionally installed as well as the re-shingling of the pool house. The company arrived on time for the installation, and completed the work the same day The area was thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the two projects. It wasn't the lowest or the highest bid so I went with somebody else. I didn't have anything negative to say about them. Their price was more than I ended up paying. The guy who did it agreed to do it on credit because my insurance company still hasn't paid me after two months. They came down twice and they did it quickly. Their prices were reasonable, just not the lowest.

He had very good references and he was more than excellent in every way. He came out right away when I called. He was going to be busy up until the spring time but he did agree to put a couple of people on that could do the job. Not only that, I explained to him that I was a senior and I only had the money from the insurance company. And he lowered the price quite a bit for me. He did the whole roof and even cleaned out the gutters for $4,000. His workers were very good and very efficient. He had the job done within two days after he told me he could do it. I was very impressed with him. He is one of the best contractors I have ever experienced. He worked with me all the way. He made sure his guys cleaned up and even swept up the driveway. He was good on his word. I was very glad I picked him. He did everything he said he would do and went over and beyond. He used the best materials and was not shoddy at all and very professional.

I hired Eric and his crew after meeting with other roofing contractors. I received quotes ranging from $5500 to $7000 and Eric came in at $4375. The low quote is not what sold me, but the honesty and professionalism(the low price helped!). Eric spent a good half hour looking at the roof before he gave me a formal quote. After Eric was finished assesing the job, he sat down with me and explained the job in detail. We scheduled the job to be down in October, which in turn would be a few days before Sandy would hit. Eric and his crew arrived as scheduled, and made sure to keep the property clean of debris. The job was scheduled for 2 days and was finished in a day and a half. The property was totally clean after the job was done, and the roof survived Sandy. Great ecperience and I plan on hiring Eric for future projects.

Leaky roof, contacted Ericsen Contracting by phone, a quick call back and then follow up through email. Everything resolved within a week.

I had found Ericsen Contracting on Angie's list, with many excellent reviews posted. I received quotes from several roofing and window contractors to replace my roof and install replacement windows. Their quote came in lower than the others, which concerned me a bit, but from past experience I've learned that you shouldn't disqualify someone because of a low bid. I have had great work done by contractors who were much lower than their competitors. My instinct on Ericsen paid off. Eric, the owner, was super easy to work with. They were dependable, worked fast, provided excellent workmanship, cleaned up very well, and didn't nickel and dime me on any small additional work needed. The job came out fantastic!! He also didn't push me to buy any specific product name, and instead installed the products I preferred. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone who wants affordably priced, high quality, high value home improvements. Absolutely 2 thumbs up for Ericsen Contracting !!!

It went great,. He was flexible and trustworthy. Did a quick reliable job. Also was creative enough to allow me to pay him without having to take time from work or travel ebcause I was unable to be present while the work was being done. Left no mess. Didnt even wake the dog I think. lol. THey will be used again if I ever need any roof work.

We had a leak into a bedroom and suspected it was our roof. Eric came out right away and discovered it was not his roof but the gutter job that caused the leak. He could of left that to someone else to repair but instead took care of it himself. There is no one more honest and trustworthy than Eric. He is good contractor that will always get my call first whenever I need work done at my home.

I needed a roof shingle repaired that blew off during a storm. Eric was responsive to my concerns. Quickly provided an estimate and returned on time to do the needed repair. In addition Eric discussed my options going forward including replacing of the roof. I was very happy with the service. When I am ready to replace my roof I am definitely calling Ericsen Contracting.
