 + -1 moreWhile visiting my daughters they had a clogged sewer and the toilets wouldn't flush! I called them at 830 am they were there by 9am and fixed the problem! Very courteous, fast and reasonably priced! We were at their mercy, and they didn't take advantage of us! Would definitely call them again!

Description of Work: I have used Dan Terry Plumbing in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. This most recent time the toilet and faucet were leaking in my daughters apartment. Called Dan Terry and left a message but I had to get to work so the contact number I used was my cell phone. He returned my call but my cell phone had stopped working and I didn't receive the call. Even though he couldn't contact me, he sent a crew over to the apartment and they fixed the two leaks. By the time I got out of work they were gone without receiving payment. I received a bill a couple of days later. Most contractors want payment as soon as the work is completed. Very thankful for the prompt service that was provided.

 + -1 moreWe had been trying to reach Jay's Sewer Rooter all day after having been promised service sometime that day and a phone notice in the morning. But he never called us. We called back but never received a response. We called Dan Terry at 5 p.m. We got a callback at 5:30, and by 6 two plumbers were at our home. They were professional and pleasant, and completed the job in an hour and a half. They charged $350 for the blowout, $110 for the after-hours call, and $80 for overtime. We were happy to write them a check and be able to use our plumbing again. We will definitely call Dan again with any plumbing we need.
Description of Work: Blew out a stoppage in a drain line going to our septic tank. This was done at 6 p.m. on a week night.
