Y & M Airduct Service

Matt encouraged me to watch while he cleaned the dryer duct, very thorough, explained the equipment and method of cleaning, showed me video before and after. Iâ ll have him back next year. A minor complaint is the new duct vent installed doesnâ t fit properly and has a gap. An easy fix I hope when he comes back to clean the house ducts!

Received a call from Yani within 1 minute of submitting my request. She was able to book appointment the same day. Matt showed up right on time (a bit earlier)! He explained the cleaning process and procedure to clean out the dryer vent, which was overdue. Matt used shoe covers when he entered our home and was extremely polite and professional. I asked if he can inspect our duct system which hasn't been cleaned in several years. He showed me the interior of the duct and said it did not need immediate cleaning at this time. I highly recommend Y&M. In fact I found out Matt was at our Condo complex last week and cleaned 2 other Condos.

Yana was very professional and accommodating when I called to schedule an appointment. Her husband Mati was equally professional, diligent, patient, and conscientious. He took the time to show us how clean the vents were after he completed his work. My wife and I were so impressed with his work that we would certainly recommend Y & M to anyone and would use them again in the future when needed.

Matt and his helper were very professional and polite. Matt performed quality work and did a fantastic job, he took time to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. Yanna (Mattà ¢à  à  s wife) was just as helpful, she always returned my calls. Matt did a wonderful job on all the air ducts in my home; all with a refreshing attitude and willing disposition. Absolutely impressed with the amazing job!!! This is a family run business and their focus is on customer satisfaction. Mati is phenomenal, came for a free quote, always punctual and very patient in explaining and showing you everything. We hired duct companies before but it s always the same nonsense of giving you an extremely low price like $99 for everything and when they come to do the job it ends up costing you $500-$600 for the work to be done the way it should be and the way you expect it. This is definitely not the case with Y & M Airduct Service, they are very honest, thorough and upfront on what it will cost and what to expect. I first spoke with Yana on the phone, very professional and pleasant!!! She is excellent in answering any questions you might have. You can do a quote on the phone or in person... we wanted both and Yana and her husband Mati were very accommodating. We have a 3 month old and 2 dogs so we wanted to make sure that the job gets done the right way and all the products used are safe. The company only uses organic products which smell amazing and your whole house smells fresh. I can t thank Mati enough for the amazing job he did, he was so thorough on making sure that all the vents, returns and furnace were soil and span before he left without being concerned on how long he will be at the house. I strongly recommend this company because they are worth every penny and we will definitely use them again!!! Thank you again Yana and Mati...you guys are amazing!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The business is a husband /wife team who are passionate about their business. Both are very thorough. I called for dryer vent cleaning, and will be re-hiring for deep cleaning. If you are looking to have your air ducts / dryer vents cleaned, I highly recommend this team. My experience with was above and beyond professional. Matt is very respectful, and his knowledge on how to go about cleaning my air ducts was an eye opener. He also did my upstairs dryer vent and I had him sanitize my duct system, in which he only uses organic products. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
