Y & M Airduct Service

Matt was so super nice about everything and walked me through the entire process, showing me videos and photos of everything and explaining what had to be done and why, or what could hold off until later. He did an unexpected repair for me, which someone else might have charged me almost triple what Matt did, and I so very much appreciate everything he and Harvey did for me!

I was not there, but my wife said Matt and his assistant were very friendly, and the job was done very thoroughly. He had pictures of the before and after cleaning of the ducts (they were quite dirty!) He even re-cut and cleaned our dryer vent and hose, and disinfected all the vents. It was a bit more costly than I had hoped, but it was a LOT of work. We had not had them cleaned in the 19 years we have been in our home. Overall, very happy with the job, and would highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but I was so blown away by the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by this company. Matt came into our home and explained in detail what he would be doing. I have never met a more sincere and honest serviceman. Right off the bat when he insisted on wearing the booties to cover his shoes was my first sign that he would be good. We had a previous estimate from another local dyer vent company and they quoted us 4 times what Y&M charged us. Integrity is rare to find. I hired them again to clean out our air ducts.

Matt (the owner/operator) of this family owned business and his wife/office staff, were very friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, honest and neat. Matt even used shoe cover "booties" and took the time to explain in detail what he was doing. We have given Y & M a perfect 5 rating because we feel the extra attention brought to their doing the job well made for our being very satisfied customers.

Yana in the office was informative and helpful. Matt did a great job and is a wonderful person. He worked really hard and advised us on how to maintain our home without the "sales pitch". The work done was excellent and I saw how dirty our ducts were. Our dryer vent was included no additional charge. All equipment was in the house so no open doors. Felt very safe with Matt and cannot say too much that he is honest and very personable. Definitely recommend the company.

We had Y&M come in to estimate cleaning the duct work at our momâ s condo, which had not been done in a long time. They were very punctual and professional; it was obvious they take pride in their work. After inspecting the ducts, they clearly and concisely explained all the available service options. They recommend an option and explained in detail why they felt that option was the best. Note: they did NOT recommend the most expensive option and explained exactly why we didnâ t need to pursue it. They were able to do the work on the spot and using video they showed details from start to finish which documented the all work they did. The price was also a factor in selecting them, it was very competitive relative to the others we contacted. This is a quality outfit and we highly recommend them.
