Description of Work: This was the yearly cleaning (annual tune up) of our oil furnace. It is covered under our service contract. The oil service man arrived a half-hour ahead of the appointment. Nice to be early, less time to have to wait. He asked if there was any problems with the furnace, that had to be checked. He was very polite and worked continuously to complete the annual tune up on time.
