Description of Work: Techs were good, had some issues with scheduling that I assume were a "one-off" and not necessarily indicative of their typical performance (but need to ding them a little anyway). I will say they were very helpful and flexible in rescheduling as needed.

Description of Work: What started as a chimney clean ended up a giant fix of two disintegrating flues. Costly, but price for work completed seemed right based on what I saw online. John was helpful and professional through a long tough job and no mess was made anywhere
