Ralph, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, and works with you to try and retain the vintage component compatibility while trying to save money. He is a sound engineer and diagnostic expert. he also sells high end vintage components on consignment. Cool place.
Description of Work: They repaired and refurbished my Bryston4B amp on one occasion; repaired my Audio Research A-4 pre-amp another time, and repaired my ProJect turntable on a third visit. In each case, the cost was roughly $300, incl. shipment to manufacturer. Everything went well.
