Description of Work: I never used these people. I never even looked them up on your site. If someone other than me is using my account please let me know. The only thing I've looked up was landscapers and there was nothing in my area.

Description of Work: I called Jennifer with a question about removing woodchucks from my home. She gave me advice over the phone for free. I chose to send some payment as thanks; she seemed more committed to helping people and animals than concerned about the payment I offered--she never indicated a need for that for a one-time call--and she seemed fine if I needed to follow up.

Description of Work: I can't sing the praises of this company enough...after TWO other companies had charged me for an incorrect assessment of my problem(they believed I had rats in my house), and had place traps and poison around and IN my house, I discovered that I had but one small opossum, which was verified by the lovely folks at Statewide animal rescue. They helped me get the little fellow out the door by talking to me on the phone the night of our first contact, then the next day they came and checked out the entire house to determine the entrance to the crawl space and up into the house the opossum was using. With the mere intervention of blocking those entrance points VOILA!!! Problem solved--no killing required, and no contamination of my home with rat poison.Also, they kindly removed all the traps and poison left by the two other companies. Thank You, Thank You to Statewide Animal Rescue. You certainly did rescue both the opossum and me from each other with no one the worse for the encounter.

Description of Work: We had field mice in our home as the weather got colder. Not wanting to use poison and after reading positive reports about this company on Angie's List, I called them first. The lady on the phone was friendly but said she was busy rescuing a swan. She asked that we not use any poisons, stated that she could help with the problem and would get in touch within the next week. At least three phone calls and texts went unanswered. I never heard from the company again.

Description of Work: We had critters in the house and I thought they were larger that mice. One of my friends from work suggested I call Animal Control to get some advice. The officer on duty Norma suggested I call Adam and Jen. They came the same day I called to scope out our critter and did a comprehensive review of the situation. Adam proclaimed we had flying squirrels, and I had to admit I was quite surprised. We hired Adam and Jen to seal up our house and remove the critter unharmed.

Description of Work: He went into my crawlspace and determined there weren't animals living in there but found the area where they got in. He closed the opening, found the area where they were getting into my home and used foam spray to fill the whole. We had a possum in the home.
