Perez-Diaz took off my old roof, gutters, and 4 skylights. All new was back on in just a couple days. William shows up when he says he will (or communicates as with rain days). He and his crew are respectful and courteous. He did have sheathing work no one knew was there until the old roof came off, but I was charged for re-sheathing as per contract and as far as I am concerned he was more than fair about it. Even some repair work we discussed with the estimate was done to a standard better than I thought we agreed to. I highly recommend him.

Excellent work ethic, look no further, they are the real deal

I have a very unique house. Some contractors would show up, quote high and never leave the driveway because of my 30 stairs from the driveway to the house/yard. Perez Diaz crew never once complained, showed up on time, got the job done within the time stated, kept the area nail free (removed 2 layers) and patched a few sections, installed a ridge vent and even installed copper flashing (good for keeping algae/mold away and looks amazing, around both my chimneys!). Watching them remove shingles almost 4 stories high and get them into the back of the truck another 30 ft away with a tarp was a sight to see and very clever system which worked very well! Afterwards I waited for a few rains and checked my eaves (knee walls) since I have a loft and noticed zero leaks and could see all the nails properly poking through my roof as they should. So I decided to have my SECOND HOME on the property done by them shortly after with the same color. The second house went flawlessly and it was also a remove a layer and install that was almost 200 ft away from the same driveway and stairs. They never once complained about the stairs and had efficient systems - they were done with the second house in about 4-5 hours (only 720 sq ft in-law - size of a decent garage/shed). They also did both my gutters on both homes and I'm hoping the leaf guard system helps me out come this fall since I live in the woods up those stairs :) Seem to be working great, no more water coming into basement since gutters path correctly now. I had both roofs done right before winter and have had zero issues or complaints, its now March. I'm currently looking at them for siding now :D I would recommend them! They were very responsive and communicated with us regularly to get the estimate and once we agreed on the cost , they started it immediately. The job was done in 1.5 days. Roof looks beautiful and they did not even charge me for replacing plywood pieces that were bad. They cleaned up after the job very well and cleaned my gutters too.

William Perezâ s crew was knowable about their work. . Excellent teamwork, would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof their clean up was down both days at the end of the day including rolling a magnet over lawn etc to pick up all nails. The job was within the stated estimate. Installation confirmed with the towns stated installation the crew was friendly while while working. The work excellent and I am going to hire Mr Perez for an addition repair within the home. Certainly deserves five stars.

They replaced multiple roof on my house went out of their way to replace rafters and work with the building inspector they did a great job I was more than fair price I would definitely hire them again

They came out for a quote immeadiatly upon request. The price was the best of 3 recieved by a fair margin. We were very fortunate to have found Perez. Not only was the price quoted in line with other estimates, but Perez was a great representative of the company. He's easy to talk to, clear in his description of the work, and flexible about our needs. Our project was the re-roofing of an existing garage/studio. We were not sure that the existing roof structure was sound. Perez committed to proceeding with demolition with the understanding that work would stop if we found a hidden disaster. In the end, all was well. The work was completed in a single day. The roof is beautiful and the yard around the building is clean. Many thanks to this excellent crew!
