They were extremely prompt when I called. They were very thorough in doing the work. We did a walk around after and they went over a few minor spots. When they left everything was perfect. I had a Koi Pond too that I was worried about. They took special precautions power washing in that area and used no chemicals there. The fish were fine after. Price was right in-line with other quotes.
