That would be one thing if they didn't offer a refund of the bat but never followed through with it then dragged me along before again telling me they would refund me. Now two weeks later and still no refund.

Description of Work: My garage door was malfunctioning improperly. The technician, Kyle, came out within 3 hrs of my call, figured out the problem, and replaced the stripped trolley part. In addition, he straightened the tracks, and lubricated the track so it was more quiet. A job well done. What I really appreciated was the call prior, telling me of expected arrival time, which was 7:00pm, and the courtesy of the technician that performed the work.

+ -1 moreI had asked Hector to install a 3rd party garage door opener we'd received as a gift but we didn't have the equipment required to install it and he didn't either since they don't typically support the brand we have. He let me know how I could proceed and I'll probably call them back to install another opener if I can return the one I have. Sean also called to follow-up and offer other options which was really very helpful.
