 + -1 moreThis inspector's report was very unprofessional. Buyers used him to inspect our home and he wrote in his report that he believes that we (the owners) were intentionally hiding facts about our home to the Buyers. This is absolutely not true and his report was slanderous. If you see this inspector at your door, close it. An inspector should not interject anything other than FACTS about the home. I am a real estate agent in another state. If my inspector said this about ANY home, I would fire him and report him to the board.

Description of Work: As like other home inspectors, the home inspection rep is earlier than his appointment and He did completed sooner than expected. The price was comparatively high. |Positives | - He did ensure to verify if the roof is leaking and if actions are required. | - Advised on the ground levels and what needs to be improved around the house. | | There were minor things that did fell through | - Some of the power outlets were not working. | - Few taps provided only either hot or cold water and not warm; This includes that in the kitchen, that the family uses most. The family did had few accidents. | - I was later told by a friend, we should have insisted an year warranty from the home inspection team, that will ensure that the inspectors do a complete due diligence. | |Thanks, |Sunil |

 + -1 moreCraig was very flexible even for a last minute reschedule. In addition, he was available on a very short notice less than a week. Price was reasonable. He was prompt, courteous and provided a fairly detailed report. However, he could not tell whether the floor was hardwood or laminate. He incorrectly reported the water heater controls as not working. He missed some parts of the wall where the paint had come off. But he did make a few recommendations which I passed on to the owner and owner accepted.
Description of Work: Home Inspection before purchase. Basic Inspection. No Radon or other tests. Inspected, fixtures, appliances, utilities, windows, insulation, garage opener, thermostat, exterior siding, electrical wiring, structural components, sewer lines, water lines, gas lines etc. Provided online report with user id and password.
