Definitely went above and beyond in trying to fix a random leak that occurred after work was completed with humidifier, would recommend, air quality not as dry and will see how efficiently unit is with oil next month

I liked this service and I liked AVI like a true relative. Our lives are changed thanks to their dedication and craft. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My family has been fighting allergies since we moved in, 20 years! These professionals came early and took their time. They found one of my ducts filled with lots of trash that was pushed in during a recent renovation to our bedroom, they fixed it. I had insulation in my exchange area-they removed it. They cleaned and disinfected all of my ducts, cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. When they left you could not tell they had even been there. They will be the only ones I will use in the future!

The service man went out if his way to get the job done correctly. He was very neat and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you

We had an awful smell, as though something had died in the attic, which came and went for the past three summers. We had the house exterminated for months then followed up with having the attic spray-foam insulated. Yet the smell returned with a vengeance this summer. I searched the internet for causes and came across an article on mold and dirty ducts. I found green air duct services in my search. They responded promptly and were at my house to remedy the situation within a few days. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, their attention to detail, the photos they took of the cleaning process and how meticulously they cleaned up afterwards. My house smells fresh and clean! They even identified that I have a mold problem in the bathroom exhausts. The exhaust fans are old and have to be cleaned out. I already have an appointment for next week so they can take care of that as well. I could not be happier! After an initial complaint, I was contacted by the Avi and he went above and beyond to make up for any misunderstanding we had. I can respect when someone takes responsibility and takes care of the customer when things do not always go as plan. I definitely recommend any company that stands behind their work in this way.
