+ -1 moreThis business contracted to restore kitchen cabinetry that had been chipped and stained. Jim Letis inspected the kitchen in advance. His son did the work and left without finishing. I noted on the payment receipt that the work was unsatisfactory as regarded one door in particular and Mr. Letis has refused to make it right.
Description of Work: Restoration of kitchen cabinetry.

+ -1 moreWonderful! The customer service rep at Final Touch is incredibly friendly and was wonderful about finding a time that was convenient for me. The technician himself was incredibly professional and did an amazing job making our furniture top quality. He changed the chair cushions on dining room chairs, improved the finish (through micro-sanding) on a nightstand, and helped determine that part of our china cabinet needed to be replaced by Thomasville. Although I wish the new furniture I purchased were perfect upon delivery, having Final Touch come to my home to make the necessary repairs was the next best option.
Description of Work: I purchased furniture at Thomasville and some of the pieces required a little repair. Thomasville paid to have Final Touch come to my house and provide the repair services.

+ -1 moreThey did a nice job, they came to the house to do it. I am having them back to work on some more of my antique furniture. I would recommend them to others. He offered to come back and check the work, he was very reasonable.
