C&H did an absolute amazing job on my deck!! My husband and I were just so impressed with their beautiful workmanship. They were so meticulous and made sure everything was just perfect! They respected our property â ¦. Cleaned up each and every day. The team of men were so kind, professional â ¦ and hardworking! Any questions were answered immediately. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot say enough about them. Carlosâ s price was competitive â ¦ and his objective was always to make sure the customer was happy! This is the second time I employed C & H Restoration. Both times to replace walkway around an inground pool. Both times the walkway was removed and a new one installed with out anything going into the pool. I would definitely employ them again. The price the professional way they handled themselves during the job, and the results are excellent.

New roof, skylights, siding, and front doors - a complete makeover for our house! Top notch work by the entire team... crew consistently showed up on time and was extremely focused/hard working. C and H Restoration replace a broken asphalt are at the bottom of my driveway with a concrete faux cobblestone apron. Carlos also replace the front curb that ran from the driveway to my property line. He communicated to me by text regularly, keeping me informed of the status of the project, including pictures. His workers were polite and respectful of my property. The workmanship of the apron and the curb were excellent. Absolutely recommend doing business with C and H.

Carlos and his workers were very professional. "The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk through multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"They were very easy to work with. They did a wonderful job and was good and careful of all the work they did.

I totally agree with all the previous five star reviews. Carlos repaired the rail on my deck and will complete the replacement of the entire deck which was destroyed by the May tornado. He is reliable and does excellent work.

Carlos was hired to do a major renovation at my hotel in hamden, CT. The project involved a total demo of approximately 10 rooms (including bathrooms, carpet, windows, walls, staircase, office, etc) and rebuilding in accordance to my personal design. Carlos remained patient and professional through the months, especially with unexpected changes. I needed a contractor that understood the importance of how perfect I wanted these new rooms to be and he undoubtedly proved that! Additionally, the project had to meet a deadline and they finished without any issues. I continue to work with him and happily recommend his company.

Carlos did an excellent job on our deck. Everything I asked for was completed and on time. He kept me updated with progress. I was impressed with how clean the area was when he was completed. The inspector for the town took pictures and said "I took pictures so I can show others how it's done." Highly recommended. I will ask him to come back for other work when the time comes.

Carlos and his crew worked wonders for our yard. A new deck and stone patio for the pool, back porch and side door/porch. Carlos redesigned the steps for the pool deck. That along with the stone patio made the yard look like post card. All at a very reasonable price. The wife is very happy with the entire job and you know if the wife is happy then it must be good! Very, very happy with Carlos and the work he and his crew did.

Poor Attitude, which affected his work quality, need to rethink and reevaluate his processes as the raw talent is there. However need to understand the product he is using, be patient and pay more attention to detail so lines or design does not look off, or has to return on multiple occasion for a max 6.5 hour project. A one day project had to be extended over 1.5 month. He Destroyed patio bricks with cement and a frog garden figurine (broken foot). He stormed off as he reflected on his work, attitude, asked what he could have done better, how to improve, he would see where the problem truly lies. As the customer I care primarily about the job quality, done in a timely manner and a professional attitude. These seem to be lacking. To be fair his father passed and he had to go back to this country for a week. However it does not take away from the other factors that affected his work.

Excellent work, very dependable. Reasonable cost. Completed the job on schedule. Would certainly hire them again.

Project: Built retaining wall and poured a reinforced concrete slab. Carlos was professional from the first visit estimating job through out the project. He had a great supporting crew. He was easy to reach by phone, texting, e-mail responding within a reasonable time. I was a superintendent for a large construction co. and I highly recommend Carlos and his crew. The job was done on time, as specified, within budget and a perfect clean-up on their way out. I wish all the crew I hired in my working days were as good as R & H.
