NEW STUDENTSâ AVOID THIS SERVICE I hired Maria and her crew specifically to do a deep clean of my new apartment before moving in because of all the great reviews she had online. Her crew did a surface clean for sure, but upon arrival and inspection, the place was a disaster. Window sills and blinds were dirty and hadnâ t even been touched (dead bug on the sills), screens were covered in dirt and dust, AC and range filters were filthy, and there was a substantial amount of dirt and grime around the sink and on the back of the countertops. It took two of us four half days of consistent labor to take care of these issues. After informing her of these issues, she stopped responding to my requests for a partial refund.
