 + -1 moreWhen we first moved they came out to show us how to operate the existing system and check it out. Was punctual and polite. Since then we have had 2 alarms go off, one caused by floor sanding and once by problem with door sensor (both our fault). They call promptly while we were at work to let us know what was going on, call center staff are knowledgeable and polite.
Description of Work: Provides remote monitoring on our alarm system.
