Excellent service. I didn't know if I'd need a new garage door. Thankfully not. My garage door is going up and down like a charm. When I do need a new garage door I will certainly call this company. I called them on a Friday morning and the technician was here on Friday afternoon. His service and explaining were excellent. Thank you so much. Every time the door goes up and down so smoothly now, I am so grateful. My garage door and opener were installed before 1993.

Service techs were a little late but that was a ‘minor’ issue....delays happen....the work performed was thorough, efficient and quick! Jacob and Chris knew exactly what to do, and we’re super nice! Called 24H garage doors and within 30 minutes Jacob, the owner showed up himself. I texted him pics of the springs so he knew they were the problem. Two new springs and rollers all within one hour! Quick and a competitive price and I didn't have to wait home for a service time window of hours as usual ! Great customer service thank you Jacob!

Barry was our serviceman. He was extremely professional and explained everything to us clearly. He helped in explaining how each piece works with one another as well as some preventative maintenance to keep the doors operating smoothly. Prompt service, professionalism, and a fair price. I called mid-morning; service tech Simon arrived early afternoon. After I identified the initial problem, Simon asked additional questions, then talked me through the most cost-effective options. He was very clear about prices and the estimated time to complete the work, and made sure I was happy with the results before he presented me with the bill. I strongly recommend 24H.

These guys are impressive! They came in, did their job (and a great job at that) and were done in 45 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are good at what they do, and take pride in the quality of their work. I couldn't have asked for better!

Jacob was so professional. Came over within 90 minutes of my initial call. He knew exactly what was going on with the garage doors. He was honest about what did or did not need replacing. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely nice. My garage doors went from loud and clunky to quiet and smooth. It's like they're new!

Needed to have a quick turnaround on installing the doors. The technicians were at our house the day after we called to give an estimate. I was surprised that a complete solution (remote controls, keypads, etc.) was available for the estimate given. Although there was some miscommunication as to when they were to start the job, It was finished the same day started. No service was performed and my deposit was never given back. And at one point there was the very sexist "can I talk to your husband?" comment that really sent me over the edge
Description of Work: Initially an employee came to give us a quote on a Thursday for a new garage door, and was given a quote that we found a bit pricey but decided to go with it anyways and gave a $500 deposit. The next day they came because they "measured wrong" and added another $500 onto the final price. Had this second price been given as the quote I would have told them to pound pavement. I tried to contact the business by phone throughout the weekend but they did not answer and did not have the voicemail set up. On Monday we finally spoke to an employee whom I told we didn't want the service and to refund our money. It was confirmed we would receive our deposit. A week later no refund had been made so I called back and the employee now says she is not authorized to give a refund. Had to call another number to speak with someone else who told me that we did not contact them soon enough to cancel the order and is refusing to give our deposit back. This is some shady dealings. Never use this company

Hi, We are sorry about your experience. Although we have taken a financial loss due to the restocking fee with the manufacturer for the custom door you signed for and ordered, as well as the other costs involved in doing each job, we have completely refunded you your $500.00 deposit. Most businesses would only partially refund you however we want our customers to be happy. A happy customer is returning customer. We understand that this is not the case for you and once again apologize for your experience. We changed the price to include: The REMOVAL of the rotted frame and INSTALLATION of a New structurally sound Frame (equipment and building materials included), Large Rubber, Labor, New Lock, The Door itself, Weather Strips etc. Monday, when you spoke to our secretary she said that she would find out "if" she could issue and refund or offered to have someone call you regarding your inquiry for a refund. She didn't confirm that a refund would be given. Following this conversation multiple attempts were made throughout that week to reach you. None of our calls were returned during that week. We tried to avoid getting to this point. With regards to your sexist comment, we do not promote any form of sexist behavior. With that said you were yelling over the phone and the technician merely asked to speak to the other party present, which was your husband, who was able to articulate better what you wanted. Wishing you both only the best and hoping that you will find the right garage door company to fit your garage repair needs.

Very happy with the service provided and 1 day availability. Call back was prompt and arrival was on time. I was given a time frame as to when they would come out and look at the repair and also liked that they called in the morning to let me know they were on their way. That makes it so much easier to plan as someone needs to be home. Both men were friendly, professional and experienced to handle any situation that occurred during the repair. They took the time to make sure the repairs worked and cleaned up after the job was done. Would defiantly use them again and also feel comfortable with referring them. Very nice experience.
