He's pretty good. He got mad at me a couple of weeks ago because I had set up an appointment and then I had to cancel them because I had family coming with children and animals and I had to cancel again because they wouldn't leave, the wouldn't go home for that day that I set up, I guess I called him to set up again and he never called me back so I'm assuming he's mad at me. He's pretty good that's why I called him back. He's pretty nice. He was pretty reasonable, he was like $290 something for our studio and the house and the house was like 3,000 square feet and the studio is around like 1500 square feet so it wasn't bad, it was pretty good. He's very courteous, he's very nice, I liked him, I really do like him, he's a nice kid. We left the house for 3 hours and when we came back, everything was done and since then I've never had any bed bugs. I'm trying to use him if he calls me back because since I cancelled on him, he doesn't think I'm being serious about it. And I have to wait until summer is over and my guests don't come as much and then I'll call him back again and hopefully he has forgiven me for cancelling on him like twice.

I was satisfied with them because they were good. They did a home inspection and then went outside the house and found a few places that might be vulnerable. They gave me some advice about what to do on the inside of the house. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
