Last year they torn up my lawn so that I had to put down top soil and reseed the lawn this spring. Didn't realize that the former owner had sold this business never had problem with the company in previous years, new owner doesn't care about customer service.
Description of Work: Prepaid for yearly fertilizing in December 2016. Check was cashed in December 2016. At the end of April 2017 no early spring fertilizer was not applied to my lawn. I emailed them and was given a bunch of excuses, but they said they were perform the service on Saturday. Saturday came and went and my lawn was not serviced. Emailed and again was given another list of excuses so I asked for a refund and canceled the service.

THEY MAKE SURE TO DO ALL THE WORK THAT I NEED THEM TO DO. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEIR PRICE IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: THEY MOW MY LAWN ONCE A WEEK.
