+ -1 moreDon't even think about hiring these clowns. They came to fix my refrigerator and $650 later it is not working. They will not return my calls. They suck and will rip you off. Jorge the service guy who came by is a slime-ball. Didn't know what he was doing and wrecked my machine. The hag in the office answering the phone calls is worse and a b*itch on wheels. Stay away!

+ -1 moreEcono promptly scheduled a skilled and thorough technician, He went through all the tests and figured out that the input water filter was clogged, thus not allowing enough water into the tank to activate the drum to spin for the rinse and spin. He then cleaned out the filter, put everything back in place and left the laundry area cleaner than he found it (!). All while explaining what he was doing, patiently answering my questions, and showing me how to keep the hose filter clean. I previously thought that skilled, independent appliance repair companies were a thing of the past, so glad Econo proved me wrong - and I didn't have to buy a new washing machine!
Description of Work: My 10 year LG washing machine kept getting an error code on the rinse cycle.

+ -1 moreAppointment of 8 to 12 missed and upon calling Tech explained there was a.mix up on schedule. Techs came subsequently same day and repaired dishwasher in a very professional manner . --Very capable and competent repair team.
Description of Work: Piece of broken porcelain got stuck in kitchen waste line causing dishwasher to be unable to discharge water and pool at base .

+ -1 moreDishwasher tub not draining and would not turn on despite power going to unit. Circuit breakers all ready reset. Called on Tues scheduled repair appt for Thurs 10-1pm. They came fifteen minutes early 945am. Very punctual. Two men arrived very knowledge about Bosch Dishwashers with a very organized briefcase of tools. Accept credit cards. Able to swipe onsite with phone. Bottom line. Would use again. They repair all brands of appliances even all the German made brands like Fiskar. Also, fix Heating Systems-Cleaning and Repairing, Air Conditioning Systems-Cleaning, Appliances-Household-Small-Repairing, Major Appliances, Appliances-Household-Major-Repairing =
Description of Work: Very knowledgeable regarding Bosch dishwashers. Many repair companies in area do not service or really familiar. Able to get dishwasher working in half hour. And, fixed the locking mechanism latch on door too.. Diagnosed and fixed problems immediately without costly repair of parts.
