Greg, and his team, are consummate professionals. I can't wait to have them back to do the lower level windows, as well as a remodel of my sunroom. If you notice, I gave a B for price, as they are definitely not the cheapest quote that we got, but, as the saying goes, you definitely get what you pay for. I'm confident that the windows chosen (with, by the way, no "hard sell" techniques by Greg) will outlast us at this home. Greg was on site everyday, and is always available for questions/concerns. I can't imagine anyone's expectations not being met by Greg.

We had quite a lot of remodel and repair done at our house.. Greg was very attentive, professional, courteous and responsive to my needs and wants. I had a few changes in mind in the middle of installation and Greg was able to turn things around for me and come up with new and better ideas on the fly. I have a great admiration and respect for Greg and his workers/co-workers. He seems to treat the people he works with well and I like that! . I am not the easiest person to deal with during a renovation...as I hate having people in my house; but all went smoothly and I will definitely call upon Greg again when I need something more done. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provides. Greg, Dave, Chris and the rest of the crew were phenomenal!

Greg was very knowlegeable about windows and was able to communication that in a very understanding and sincere way. I liked that Greg was not only selling me the windows but, he along with his partner, would be doing the installation as well. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished on time. the salesman was great - honest and fair the guys showed up 10 min early - they asked how I wanted it done (since is Jan and cold) I asked them to start with the upstairs, they did and the entire house was clean and they were gone within 4.5 hours

We got WSP's name from a recommended list of contractors on the Harvey Windows website. As i wrote above in the description of work. he responded quickly and professionally with a home consultation and provided a lot of information at that time about how the window replacement construction process worked. I am not sure whether he provided samples of products at that time or at a later visit, but he demonstrated and clearly explained the benefits and cost comparisons of each style. When we decided on which manufacturer and style of window to use, he provided a detailed written estimate quickly. We were delayed in ordering and starting because of our own travel schedule, but Greg did his best to accomodate us and ordered promptly. When the Sandy storm interfered, he supplied his own generator so we could proceed quickly. (We needed to followup the window work with painters before the Thanksgiving holiday)..His attention to cleanup was again very responsible. He made all the headaches of decision making, scheduling, and installation as painless as they could be. He communicated professionally and promptly at all stages with phone calls and emails. His responsiveness and responsible work style was truly unique in our experience. He does more comprehensive home remodeling in addition to this specialty and we would definitely contact him for a future need of other kinds as welll.

Greg's quote was the lowest -- although there were others in the ballpark, some much much higher and we had one quote that was many times his. He understood exactly what we wanted to do, met with us at odd times on weekends, offered creative solutions to our unusual space, and, when we hired him, completed the job quickly. His work was beautiful and perfect. He also brought in an electrician who was excellent as well. We may add insulation in the future and if we did, we would hire Greg as well. Greg is very easy to work with and a really nice guy.

Window Solutions Plus performed window replacements on our recently purchased house. They removed all 16 windows, installed new Harvey vinyl windows, and cleaned up after the installation to leave the house cleaner than it was to begin with! They were outstanding to work with since day one, working around other contractors' schedules and even retrimming a couple of windows that badly needed it, but whose repair was outside the scope of work. They were on time, impeccably organized, and highly professional. We would use them again without hesitation - highest recommendation!

I had old, drafty doors and windows. As every winter went by I kept saying I'm going to get them replaced this year. I had searched a long time for a company I felt I could trust to complete this big job. I found Window Solutions Plus through word of mouth, a friend of a friend. They had great things to say about them so I called to get an estimate. I was quite pleased when Greg (the guy I spoke to) said he could come the next day! He arrived at the exact time he said he would, actually a bit early, and before we spoke he looked closely at my windows and doors. I already had a feeling that this guy cares about his line of work. I explained to him what I was looking for and he made several energy saving suggestions I never thought of. He expressed the need to get this done this year because I was wasting money on my electricity bill. (My heating and cooling is electric, I have a geothermal heating unit). I told him I would get back to him soon. I asked his availability and he immediately was able to give me a time and day that his company could get started. That night I called and booked them. I really felt good about my choice. The day came for the work to start. They came promptly and got right to work. They were immaculate. The doors and windows Greg suggested were absolutely perfect! The quality and look of them made my house look new. I'm so pleased with their work. I love my new doors and windows. I've already seen savings with my electric bill. It seems as though my central air was flying right through all those openings in the doors and windows just like the heat was in the winter. I highly recommend Window Solutions Plus to anyone in need of windows and doors!

Windows Solutions Plus was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional from beginning to end. We selected our products from a wide range of available manufacturers, and the staff helped in every way with this process. Their extensive knowledge of the product details of many manufacturers was impressive. They worked to insure that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Once we decided on the products, they then were very clear with us in their estimate what the cost and time table would be, and they were right on track. The cost was what they had estimated, and they completed the job in the time they said. They arrived when promised, finished when they had said they would, and when they left it was hard to tell they had been here! And all along the way, they were very professional and friendly. Every dealing with them was simple, straightforward, and clear. It was a pleasure to work with them on our project and we highly recommend them!!

I met with several contractors due to the size and cost of the project, and in order for me to narrow down my choice of the type of window. I originally wanted solid wood windows until I realized that my budget would not be large enough. The range of prices was staggering, with the high bidder at 2 1/2 times the cost of the low bidder. Window Solutions Plus was somewhere in the middle of the price range, and the product that they offered was far superior to the lower-end windows I looked at. Another window company bid on the same exact window that I purchased, was $8,000 more expensive and didn't seem terribly interested in getting the work. Greg was enthusiastic and informative from the first meeting. He didn't mind my asking a lot of questions and explained everything thoroughly, even emailing additional back-up materials and bringing different window samples on a second occasion. In addition, I appreciated the fact that he did not try to rush me into a purchase as two other vendors did, nor did he try to discredit the competition, as three other vendors did.
