Seamless Remodeling

Having grown up in the trades as the son of an electrician, I can absolutely say that the Seamless Remodeling crew is as good as it gets. The workmanship is top-notch, and you won't find anyone more professional, organized, responsive or courteous.

It went well from beginning to end. We were given an estimate & different options to choose from.

This was the second time we hired Seamless Remodeling, because we were so pleased with their prior work last year when they remodeled a powder room for us, along with replacing many windows with premium energy efficient windows, including custom trim/carpentry work. Greg and John are totally professional from the estimating phase to project completion. They do excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with. Seamless Remodeling was the first business we met with. Although we were impressed with them, we still met with another company. However, after meeting with business number two it was quite evident that we would choose no other company than Seamless Remodeling. Their knowledge and professionalism was spot on. Pricing was very fair and throughout the remodel, if anything needed to be changed, we were consulted right away and given the expected very reasonable price change. The craftsmanship of our new cabinets and suggestions on how to layout our space resulted in a beautiful kitchen. Seamless Remodeling made a difficult situation and an unexpected remodeling a smooth, "seamless" process.

My wife and I chose Seamless Remodeling for a bathroom remodel project and are so glad we did. We had to go through a few revisions when it came to the design aspects and materials we wanted to use. Greg was so patient with us and stayed consistent in his communications with us during this time. We didn’t really know that when you change what we thought are a few simple items, that things like fixtures and sink/vanity choices no longer worked with everything else we chose. Greg paid attention to every detail to ensure what we chose worked, so there were no surprises. The production process literally worked like a well-oiled machine – very systematic – executed perfectly from the demolition to polishing the nickel fixtures when the job finished. They worked every day, and cleaned the work area multiple times every day so it felt like home, not a construction site. Greg and his team exceeded our expectations. We will definitely have them back as we remodel our home over the next few years, and we will continue to refer them as much as possible.

We hired Seamless Remodeling because the owner, Greg Pesaturo, and his partner John, are smart. During his initial visit to assess the needs of our remodeling job, Greg immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the various components of the job, including (and perhaps most importantly) the engineering aspect. We were having a wall removed and, as it turned out, it was a load-bearing wall. Then we were having another load-bearing wall taken out. His estimate had to include all facets of the project including electric, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, framing etc. The Seamless Remodeling estimate was very detailed and, as it turns out, very accurate. They were not the cheapest estimate nor were they the most expensive. They were the "just right" estimate. The craftsmanship is excellent, the attention to detail has made us very happy, the overall job is fantastic! Seamless transformed our space. Greg employs good people who know their jobs very well. Greg knows what he's doing. He explains the process every step of the way. He's done this enough times so that he knows what he should expect and what you should expect. He stuck to his schedule and we were very comfortable with his people coming and going. In the world of hiring contractors, where things can go south at any point in the relationship, you need to find somebody who can communicate, who is fair, reasonable and knows what they're doing. Seamless fits the bill. I have no hesitation recommending Seamless Remodeling. I am happy to be a reference for them moving forward. Great job guys!

We hadn’t had work done in our home for years because we couldn’t find a contractor we trusted. They have a reputation… and it’s not a good one. When we decided to turn our screened-in porch into a 4-season room, we had the same concerns. Fortunately, we found Seamless Remodeling and from Day One they started to change the way we thought about contractors. Always on time, diligent and detailed, they’d do nothing but work all day to get the job done… and done right. Every night they’d vacuum and clean the work area (and surrounding areas), sometimes leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Greg, the owner, would text us each day and/or night with plans for the next day and any changes that might occur. Chris, a true carpenter, took such pride in his work, it brought us back to the “old days” when people actually cared about their profession. From the custom windows and flooring, to the painting, electrical and HVAC work, this was the most painless, hassle-free project we’ve ever experienced. Greg and his team have given us hope that there are still contractors, workers and people who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Although we have changed our minds about contractors in general, Seamless Remodeling is the only company we’ll hire for any future project.

Seamless Remodeling is terrific. Greg and John and their team of plumbers, carpenters, and painters were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and we highly recommend them. Greg is very knowledgeable about remodeling solutions, and he has very high standards, and great communication skills. Very responsive to scheduling needs or any concerns. He cares that his clients are happy and goes the extra mile to make sure they are. We would definitely hire Seamless Remodeling again.

Greg and his team were terrific. We met with several contractors and ultimately chose Greg and are so glad we did. His communication skills stood out - from his proposal through the job. We always knew what was happening, when, and who would be in our home performing what tasks. This was important to us as we have very busy schedules and two young children. He was also very helpful thinking through how we would remodel to achieve the look we wanted, and introducing us to appropriate vendors. His team is clearly skilled at what they do, and take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. He was always available to answer questions and moved our project along swiftly, even when changes had to be made mid-project. Seamless Remodeling gets our highest marks!

Greg made a great first impression. He was the only contractor we contacted who showed up on time for the first meeting. He gave a thorough explanation of how the process would unfold and who he would need to assist with the project. We provided Greg with an aggressive time line to complete the project, which he and his team met. He also provided insight and suggestions to us throughout the process that helped us achieve our goal. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Greg and his team to anyone considering a renovating project.

We appreciated the time spent initially to discuss details such as choosing fixtures, grout color and hardware. Also, the great clean up job at the end of the project really did showcase their workmanship. Thanks Greg and crew Mr and Mrs Parker
