+ -1 moreWhen I scheduled the 8am appointment, I let this company know that my commute to work is an hour and a half, that I am usually expected to be at work at 8am and that I'd need for the tech to be on time. Not only did he not show up, but when I reached him, he indicated that he could not make it within a 30 minute window because of another appointment. Even though this company had my contact information, no one had paid me the courtesy of letting me know that my appointment was likely to be pushed back by more than an hour. Worse, when I called the company's office, they advised that the late technician was one of the owners, and they didn't seem to understand why I'd be upset that he didn't show up (making me very late for work and requiring the heating issues to persist). I've worked with a variety of contractors over the past 20 years and I'd give this one a F- my punctuality and professionalism.
Description of Work: I purchased my home a few months ago, it has a complicated Viessmann system that is not heating the house and so this company was supposed to diagnose the issue and hopefully fix it.

+ -1 moreThe returned our call and came out and fixed the problem (temporarily) all in a couple of hours. We will gladly call them in the spring to finish the outside part of the job.
