Communication was difficult because I do not like to communicate exclusively by e-mail. Rob worked to resolve all questions to my satisfaction. He left the work space neat and clean and was comfortable to have working in my home. Would consider him for future jobs.

These are very nice people to work with - eager to please. I am very happy with the overall job they did replacing my porch roof and would recommend them. I pointed out some paint droplets they accidentally left on my tiles and a few other minor things ...which they came back and fixed without delay. I was also pleasantly surprised when they added some extra work for me at no additional charge and called it a gift for me!

They took some time to complete the job because they didn't consider the job done until ALL the leaks had been stopped. There was some damage to the gutters from ladder placement (the covers were too light to support the ladder) so by way of apology they replaced my mailbox and post (which had lost an encounter or two with the snowplow) with new ones at no charge.
