We hired Rob/Better Home Improvements to replace 1/2 of the wood roof on our house. They also power washed the other half of the roof, stained the entire roof, and power washed the house. Rob and his team did an excellent job. Rob was in constant communication with us, and was at our house nearly every day for 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours to oversee and check the workmanship. Rob brought us issues and made recommendations. As a result of his recommendations, we also installed leaf guards (they were installed just before a torrential rainstorm, and for the first time in years, we didn't have water pouring against our windows from our roof). We also Rob's team make some needed repairs. Rob is a pro, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Better Home Improvement. In fact, I'm considering hiring them for work on some commercial buildings.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job of rebuilding my front porch and cleaning/painting my deck. They showed great expertise, and they completed the project extremely efficiently. Iâ m very satisfied with the quality of the work and I plan to hire Rob and his team for future projects.

We hired Rob to paint the exterior of the house, the fence and paint/update our back deck. Wow! Rob and his team were not only honest and professional, but they went above and beyond. They made sure we were happy with every square inch of the work. This company has become my "go to" for a variety of projects, including replacing garage stairs and 200 ft. of wood fencing; gutter cleaning and repair; fence painting; and driveway repair. They are prompt, diligent, and accommodating. Their work is excellent quality and they deliver what they promise for fair prices. Rob is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. This company is a real "find," and I will not hesitate to use them for future projects.

My wife and I were very satisfied by Rob's work in replacing our wood post and rail fence which runs along the street-side length of our property. He was willing to negotiate on the price and once that was agreed upon promptly completed the project. He was very responsive to our aesthetic concerns (mainly preserving existing landscaping) and the fact that he always showed up on schedule was much appreciated. These guys did a great job replacing a fence for me, so I hired them again to replace an old set of wooden stairs leading to my garage. After assessing the work to be done, Rob offered me options at several price points. They were very accommodating on scheduling. The guys showed up when expected, brought all necessary materials, and completed the entire project in less than a day. They cleared out the old stairs and built a new set. The price was very reasonable, and the work is guaranteed. The workmanship was excellent. When they were finished, the guys cleaned everything up and disposed of the debris. The entire process was easy and efficient. Having worked with these guys on a couple of successful home projects, I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I had an excellent experience with BHI in every respect. The quality of the work was perfect, both the materials and the worth ethic. The value of the improvement to my house is extremely beneficial. They did great work and were easy to deal with. They repaired and replaced a 25 year old picket fence, finishing on time despite bad weather. Repairs were done to our sunroom after damage to the roof, skylights, gutters, windows and sidings were caused by a fallen tree. Robâ s team worked efficienctly and neatly to restore room. He takes pride in the craftsmanship and quality of work. I also appreciated his professionalism and frequent updates throughout the process.
