Our issue was a loss of our central air conditioner on the hottest day of this year and the last several. We had spoken with several other contractors that would not be able to come out to do an estimate for four days to ten days later. Trinity called us right back after leaving a message. They were on a present job, but promised to show up later that day. They did arrived close to 9:00 PM, diagnosed the problem and had the repair parts on their truck. We had our A/C back on and working properly the same day that it went out. I was impressed and have recommended them to friends. I would definitely use these their service again.
