This is the third or fourth time I've used them. They're fantastic. I had a stain that has been there for over 15 years, no one else could get it out and they got it out. They're excellent. I will absolutely use them again.

Wonderful! They were very responsive and scheduled us just a few days after we contacted them. Arrived on time (early in fact!) and were very friendly and professional. Our tenant left quite a few stains on the new carpet, which we were concerned would hurt our ability to sell. Carpet Doctor did a beautiful job and we are hopeful that it will help us to sell now. Highly recommended!

They were punctual, polite, perfect cleaning, perfectly price, and a pleasure to do business with. They base their price on the size of the room and measure and charging accordingly.

Mark has always been nice enough to accomodate my last minute requests for carpet cleaning. It takes him about 3-4 hrs to clean 2 large living room wall to wall carpets, dining room, hallways, and master's bedroom. I entertain friends and family often in my home so my light-colored carpets get soiled from all the traffic. I also have two dogs that sometimes have accidents too.He is my go-to guy when it come to carpet cleaning, and he always does a very good job.

The owner was very professional. He brought along a young helper who was also very polite and friendly. They did an excellent job of removing all my ugly spots on the carpet as well as all the other areas. The owner called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I did not ask them to move all my furniture, just a couple of items. I mostly had them do the traffic areas and they did a great job with all the carpets. I would definitely hire them again. I have had my carpet cleaned before and Carpet Doctor did the best job. I found them using Angie's list and chose them because they had good reviews, which turned out to be true!

I used this gentleman before in January and was really impressed. He came this time and cleaned 3 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs as well as two halls and a staircase. The rugs were pretty stained from pets and just wear and tear. He cleaned the rugs so good that I now do not have to replace them. Great work plus he was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I had called him one other time but when he looked at the rugs he said no way they could come clean so he is also honest and that is another reason I called him again for this job.

I initially hired him after finding his business on Angie's List. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and he was punctual. The work was completed in a couple of hours. My carpets have never been so clean. Mark is a very hard worker and is thorough. He is careful and even puts plastic over the woods that that would rest on the carpet such as the bases of floor lamps and legs of furniture. He worked hard and did a great job. Mark is fantastic! I recommend him to everyone.

Professional, prompt and honest. Gave a better price than he had quoted. Went right to work and did an excellent job. Cleaned and deodorized two carpets .... leaving them looking brand new. I was very, very impressed and would definitely use him again.

He moved all the furniture. Vaccumed. Cleaned the carpet. It's like new!! Everything left up on little styrofoam blocks. Beautiful job. Highly recommended.

I found The Carpet Doctor on Angie's List and called for an appointment to have my carpets and sofa cleaned. An appointment was made for the cleaning within a couple of weeks. I wasn't asked to vacuum or move furniture, as other carpet cleaners had asked me to do. Mark came on time and promptly got to work. For over two hours, he cleaned, sprayed, vacuumed, moved furniture and worked very hard to get my carpets and sofa in as clean a condition as possible. He even wore booties over his shoes so as not to track in any dirt from outside. He also put protectors/coasters under the furniture when finished so as not to damage the wood or other materials from the moisture. Much to my amazement, Mark was able to remove spots in the carpet that NO ONE else had been able to get rid of! Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, The Carpet Doctor left the carpets and sofa looking, smelling, and feeling clean as new. I was pleased that the products used were not detrimental to my breathing, as I have a sensitivity to smells and fumes. The drying time took about twelve hours, just as Mark had said it would. When my carpets and sofa again need cleaning, I won't hesitate to call The Carpet Doctor, and will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Bravo, Mark!

Mark came to me highly recommended by a co-worker and I have been using him for 10+ years, his work his excellent, I have used him for both carpet and furniture cleaning, most recently after some major home renovations, I couldn't believe how good my furniture looked after he was done. He's a true professional and stands behind his work. One of the important things besides the quality of his work is that I know that it is him doing the work, not some inexperienced new hire, and being able to trust him enough to be in my home when I'm not there.

I was impressed with Mark's work. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Including all those little stains!

They did a very nice job and I was very pleased with them. They responded and did the work quickly. Their price was very reasonable. They do not have a big commercial outfit which advertises all the time. They came when they said when they were coming. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent job. Owner/operator Mark Tucker is the first person we call for this service based upon the outstanding job he does and his professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and demeanor. He is extremely pleasant, easy-going, and takes great care in what he does. I promised Mark I'd write him up when we first used him in 2009 and am just now getting around to it having used him again in 2011 based upon our satisfaction with the work he did the first time. We are very pleased with his work.
