Description of Work: ) Repair 2 toilets, 1 Vanity base, 2 vanity tops and 1 vanity sink trap. 2) Install 4 slider base track for closet. 3) Adjust rear Anderson slider so it would lock. 4) Install new kitchen Faucet. (Tenant will supply) 5) Check why tub will not run hot water (needs new Cartridge 1700 Series My cost $70.00) will install when window parts are in. 6) Check why Anderson casement window not working (needs new operator, stone spl arm w/screws 82 / R $30.63 cost from Anderson) will install when it comes in. 7) Trace why outlet and vent light not working.(no power to outlets tenant needs to move dresser to finish trace) need to Install GFI Plugs in bathroom $13.00 Each 8) Repair Drywall hole

+ 1 moreJon is the best contractor I have ever had and will use him whenever possible. When he is here, I start looking for other things that he could do since my experience with him has been so good.
Description of Work: Jon has done several jobs for me. Each was done on time and totally professional. His prices estimates have always been very competitive. I have even entrusted him with a key to my home on occassions without a single worry. The quality of his work is excellent and he is always there when he says he will be. I recommend him highly. The latest job was a re-tiling of our master bathroom. Our last contractor had made some mistakes and Jon fixed them all.
