+ -1 moreWe spent over 5000 for a major plumbing issue we had… all for the plumbing problem to continue. And unlike other reputable plumbers, his work is only guaranteed for “30 days”. He destroyed our plumbing we had to have it redone and then hangs up on us when we ask him to fix his job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

+ -1 moreIt went super. Showed up on time explained what he was going to do. Came back next day with his advanced equipment and cleared the drain. Let me look at camera he ran through pipe to show me what he had done. On first pass he wasn't pleased as to how clean the pipe was so he ran the hot pressure water cleaner through again. Gave me flash drive with results of camera on it. Called back 2 days later to be sure everything was okay

+ -1 moreRoto King came promptly on a Sunday afternoon to perform the job. The whole job took only 90 minutes, but was thorough and exceptional. Roots are an ongoing problem with our septic system; Roto King is very familiar with our situation and has cleaned the system before. As in the past, the work was professional. Once the clog was cleared out, he cleaned up the mess that was left from his equipment. He later went over what was done and how much it cost in plain English. I have hired Roto King before and plan to hire them again should I need to. Wonderful!
