This is my first time using Angie and I couldn’t be more pleased. Marcus reached out to me shortly after I submitted an inquiry and we met the next day. He did a thorough review of what repairs were needed and showed me photos of what had to be done. His estimate was very fair and within a week we scheduled an appointment. Marcus showed up on time and did an outstanding job with the repairs. He was very neat and what impressed me the most was his professionalism. I’ve already recommended his company to my neighbor and a family member. Very pleased

Cement chimney 90 yrs old collaosed. Soot build up was dangerous. Marcus n assistant replaced chimney from roof line up. Beautiful red bricks crown and cap. Not an eyesore any more. They were reliable polite congenial and informative of issues at hand as they worked. Took one day . I would hire again for other projects and refer to friends. Very happy indeed. Feel safe now in my home

Very well. Was very particular in testing for the cause of the leaks, using a hose to verify the exact area of the leaks and being sure I was comfortable in his diagnosis. Did a professional job in the repairs, very neatly finishing the cement work and communicating with me as he went along. His clean up was excellent as well, sweeping and washing all the dust and debris off the whole roof area as well as the yard below. I would hire this company in a minute if I need any further roofing/masonry done

I absolutely loved the work New Era chimney &' Masonry has provided me and my home. The gentlemen Marcus was extremely professional and straight forward with the work that needed to be done to my chimney. I was impressed with the before and after pictures and how good communication was throughout the job. Wonderful cleanup and I would definitely be recommending them and will be using them again in the near future.
