house cleaning
+ -1 moreTerrible experience. We booked cleaning trough Living social and on the first appointment they were late. I had to drop my son at school and when I got back there was a note stating that they were there and we should reschedule. When called about 10 time over a week period and noone answered, I eventually left a message. They called me back one week later and rescheduled a month later. We were waiting for two and a half hours (as they were late) and then I received a nasty voicemail that they will not clean the house (although they already redeemed the voucher) because we were not at home the first time. When I tried to explained they were late and I had to drop my son, he did not let me talk, was rude and hang up on me. So we payed for service we never received. I have never been treated like that by anyone.
Description of Work: They never performed service they were payed for.
