+ -1 moreBoth repairs have improved the function of the appliances. He told me my Maytags are the best out there from that era, so we are happy to keep them going as long as they are servicing us well. We have used ACME for many repairs through the years on older appliances, and have found them to do excellent work at a decent price.
Description of Work: Acme repaired my 26 year old dryer, and said it could be good for 15 more years!!! While he was here, he suggested a part for my companion washing machine that he said often stops working properly in these machines. So we got two jobs done for the price of one house call!

+ -1 moreHorrible. These people are rude, slow, and completely unhelpful.
Description of Work: Do not return calls; do not follow through; I have been waiting 2 weeks for parts and just learned that they will not be ordered for "at least another week" despite making it perfectly clear that this was an urgent matter. Four phone calls and I am nowhere. Avoid at all costs.
