+ -1 moreIt was a freaking disastrous. The sales guy is the owner of the company's son and what I told him after the first day of installation there were some cracked wood pieces in the floor and there is staples sticking up and these are pre-finished floors and they didn't put anything down to protect them and I had to have cut boards out, put new boards in because of the damage. They were just lip service and not responsive. I will never ever do business with that company again.
Description of Work: I used Valley Floor Covering in March 2012 and they did hardwood flooring.

+ 0 moreEverything went wonderfully. The installers were very patient, friendly, and informative. Ultimately, they did an exceptional job, and the floors look great.
Description of Work: They replaced tile flooring in a kitchen and a bathroom.
