We woke up to no water pressure. They came out and had the problem fixed by noon the same day. Very professional and very fair.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Garrett. We've been having issues with our water pump system and he came out and inspected everything. He explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be replaced/fixed. He arrived on time for our appointment and we look forward to continuing business with him. Highly recommend!

Their response was quick and very friendly. The guys really did a great job with the installation of a new outdoor faucet. There was a difference between the quoted amount and the final bill possibly due to the much higher cost for the faucet and copper pipe which were nearly double the price for the same parts at a big-box store. Overall, very satisfied and would use them again.

We had used the same company for 19 years then switched over to High Rock - I now see what I was missing.....They were responsive, freindly, informative and did the job right at a reasonable price. Definitely using them in the future.

I called High Rock Water & Mechanical Service on Labor Day when my well stopped working and I had no water from my faucets. Garrett was at my house within 90 minutes and was exceptionally knowledgeable about my well issues. Garrett was very up front and explained different scenarios as he examined the well and showed me the issue before quoting me. With in a few hours, my well was put back together with running water! Overall, a great experience hiring High Rock Water & Mechanical Service during a potentially very stressful water outage!

I called Saturday for service on my water softener system because I was issues with the water level (and turns out a small leak and air in the system). I found Highrock through Angi and Garrett found a way to fit me in on that Monday just two days later. He assessed and serviced my system, corrected the issues and made recommendations. He showed me how to maintain the system properly. We had talked on the phone about possibly installing a pre-softener sediment filter. After he assessed the system he told me that it was not absolutely necessary to install it. I was appreciative of his honesty. He was professional from the moment I called him until he pulled out of my driveway and I recommend him highly. I will be using him for all of my water needs in the future.

Garrett was very professional and honest. I had no water at 6pm when i called his company .Him and his partner replaced my well pump that same night, they were very neat and the price was great.

Emergency services needed mid morning as our well pump stopped working. Contacted our plumber who referred us immediately to High Rock Water & Mechanical Services, grateful he pointed us in this direction. Immediately received a confirmation call back that he would be out there by EOD. Garrett & Team arrived after 6pm, tested our system and determined we would need a replacement of our well pump. Garrett was clear on the services needed, pricing and time it would take to complete the job, along with explaining everything very thoroughly. The job took a little under 3hrs from start to finish and we were up and running with water! If ever in need of this type of service I would HIGHLY recommend this company, they were prompt, upfront, efficient, honest and just great to work with.... they made it easy for us.... the customer! Garrett was very knowledgeable and helped get my system back online from having no water. He was very patient and took the time to answer questions I had about the system.

Garrett came out to my House when I woke up and had no water in my House. He came out within an hour of my call, and diagnosed my 12 year old well pump as bad. After installing a new pump for me I had water back same day. My water pressure even increased from the new pump install. Highly recommend and would hire again!
