Description of Work: Friendly, competent serviceman mis-diagnosed clothes washer problem on first call, resulting in second trip. New clothes washer was premium but with premium price; excellent after-market warranty at an additional cost. Careless furniture moving. Might use them again, but will do more comparison shopping next time.

+ -1 moreEvery time I call them they responded fairly quickly. They guy who came was nice and personable. They were knowledgeable on the appliances they worked on. They are relatively expensive but we keep on calling them back after the first time. We have pleasurable experience with them. Even if our appliances are out of warranty, we call them always because we like their service.
Description of Work: Ferrari's Appliances troubleshot and fixed my refrigerator. They replaced the compressor of my refrigerator.

+ -1 moreVery courteous and professional and efficient. Called late morning- serviceman was here and done by 1:30. Quickly was able to troubleshoot, diagnosis problem and had spare part right on truck. I guess all home repair serives are expensive.Would definitely recommend to others for prompt and professional services.
Description of Work: Washer rinse and spin cycle not working Lid switch needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreHe was very good, he called and was able to get a board, left our house, picked up the board, returned and installed it, all finished in less than 2 hours! He was very thorough and charged us $50 for the call and $25 for the labor. The board was $145 and the balance was tax. We would definitely call them again if we have another appliance problem!
Description of Work: The temperature in our 2 year old refrigerator and freezer was fluctuating. I called on Friday and we set up an appointment for Monday. After checking the refrigerator in the back, the service man discovered the main board was not working, which was causing the fan not to work to cool down the refrigerator and could have resulted in harm to the condenser.

+ -1 moreFERRARI'S IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. I AM ALSO PLEASED WITH HOW CHEAP THEY WERE. I CHECKED AROUND WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST, SO I AM GLAD THAT I CHOOSE THEM.
Description of Work: THE HIGH AND LOW SWITCH ON MY GAS DRYER BROKE SO THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT.
