Description of Work: Rafael was punctual, friendly and always showed up on time, he got the work done fast. However after looking closely the job was done very sloppy, there’s tile mortar ALL over over shower, the walls and tub. There’s areas in the tile that don’t have grout at all which makes the tile uneven. If you want a job done fast, that’s expensive but not done well I recommend him.

Rafael did a far superior job, it looks like it is finally fixed properly. He has been responsive and polite in fixing many issues in the old house that I rent! He’s even dog friendly!
