Superior Sewer & Drain Service

Plumbing work was completed efficiently and effectively. Technician Mike was very personable and made me feel comfortable with discussing my needs. He arrived on time and completed his work in a short period of time.

Woke up Friday morning to an issue under my kitchen sink that had a leak big enough that it leaked downstairs into my basement. I called a few plumbers but no one answered their phones. I understood it was on a Friday so maybe the ones I called were already booked. That's fine, we turned off the water to the sink and waited out the weekend until today. We were a bit concerned that none of the businesses would answer again because it is Columbus Day, but I tried again, calling the same plumbers as before and again, no answer. So I did a little research online and noticed that Superior was the next town over to mine so I crossed my fingers and gave it a shot. The phone rang and the person on the other end answered immediately. I was surprised and thanked him for answering. lol I then proceeded to tell the gentleman on the other end of our situation, and he said he could be out between 11:00 and 1:00 today. He arrived about 11:15, much sooner than expected and I couldn't have been more pleased. Once inside Kevin, took a look at the situation and made his assessment literally within minutes. I asked if he could fix the issue and he said that indeed he could, but he didn't have the part. So he informed us that the part in question was actually under lifetime warranty by the manufacturer, and that all we had to do was take a picture, send it to the company and they would send a replacement for free. He also said that it was so simple anyone could do it and showed my husband exactly what to do, saving us not only time but money. My husband and I cannot be more pleased with Kevin, his kindness, honesty, accuracy and coming to our rescue when no one else even bothered to answer the phone to their own business. I know this is a long review but I cannot sum up in a few words just how appropriate this company is named. Superior Plumbing is just that, Superior in every sense of the word. For all my future plumbing needs, I will only use Kevin and Superior. I have posted this same review in other places on the web, but since it's so long I decided to copy/paste

Kevin was awesome. He showed up with in an hour because sewage was backing up in the basement. He told us what was wrong and how to prevent it from ever happening again. This was a recurrent issue and the previous plumber didn't tell us how to fix it and charged us more than double to do less. Kevin saved our bacon and even looked at another issue and gave us a fair quote. Will definitely use his services again

Outstanding attention to detail, fast professional work, far exceeded my expectations. This job required a service hole to be cut through a very old wall, careful work to keep from damaging the existing old tile of the shower wall and multiple piping changes to fit in the new diverter in a very tight space. The quality of work and attention to ensuring everything was totally working perfectly was greatly appreciated. Flat rate pricing included all parts and materials. Overall this shower job couldn't have gone better!

Kevin from Superior & Drain service was very professional and performed fantastic work repairing my outside sewer line. I would not only recommend his company for plumbing repair but will also be contacting him for future improvements on the plumbing for my house. Thank you Kevin for the quality and professional work. All together the cost was 2875.00$ which included camera inspection and assessment of damage, excavation, 12 foot replacement of sewer line with a clean out, stone bedding of repaired line, and refilling of excavated area. All together a great bargain.

Most of my drainage system is orangeburg installed 50 years ago. It is all below ground. Kevin calibrated the water pressure for the expected overall condition of the system and was able to clear the blockage without damaging the old piping. He also performed a camera inspection that confirmed exactly where tree roots were impinging and marked this location. It will now be much easier and less expensive to dig up just this area and replace with new piping. In the meantime water is draining well again so I can schedule this repair at a more convenient time. Recommend Kevin for his professionalism.

Had some back-up water sewage in the bathroom. I called Kevin, he came right over and assessed the problem. He opened up the traps and cleared it out. In addition, he used a camera to make sure the main line to the street was clear. I was able to look in the camera as he inspected it and he freely answered questions. Kevin was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Previous crew from a different company that came 2-3 years ago for the same problem didn’t even open up the sewer traps and only cleaned the main-line. Kevin recommended an additional solution to combat future clogs, which I’m looking forward to doing. I definitely recommend Superior Sewer & Drain Service. Kevin is your man!

Kevin was relentless in not stopping until he finished figuring out the issue/problem. He stayed until the job was done, right and he had the right tools. For this emergency the price was extremely reasonable. Everything works fine now and I can't thank his service enough. We will use them again for some Kitchen work that needs tending to.. Quick response. Call out late afternoon, there within 2 hours. Thorough assessment, then with go ahead started work right away! Completely resolved within three hours. Was a tough, messy environment. Full description of what was going on provided, with potential problems discussed ahead of time. Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient. Lucky to have this company there. Was looking to move to hotel for night: Kevin, plumber, said he was't going to leave us like that. Can't say enough good about service provided.

Very prompt. Came out a day after I called Everything went well. The two workers worked all day digging outside the house and jackhammering thru the concrete foundation. The work was performed to or exceeding my expectations. Their attitudes were great. They cleaned up after they were done. I was pleased with their work and couldn't have asked for more. I needed some sewer pipe work done and called Kevin. Kevin showed up on time and had everything he needed for the job with him. He diagnosed the issue with the pipe by using a camera inspection and was able to mark the exact spot that needed repair. Kevin was very knowledgeable and worked hard at a fast pace even though it was a very hot and humid day. I would definitely call Kevin again for other plumbing issues and will recommend him to my friends and relatives.
